Our partner brings confidence and peace of mind to both Surge Property Management and its clients(homeowners).   • We are currently successfully operating in the Houston market with operational infrastructure being setup in Austin, San Antonio, and DFW for mid 2025.

  • Surge Property Management has a tech leading owner portal available for its property owners to keep them in the loop, instead of on the outside looking in.
